1 : Motion detection
The content is transformed according to viewer movement, generating, for example, wave patterns and star particle showers in response.A variety of AR templates are available so you can create content just by customizing them with your own visual materials.
2 : Facial (attribute) recognition
The system detects the viewer’s face, instantly determining sex and age range to play content that matches the viewer’s attributes.It is also possible to display images or play movies matched to facial position (e.g., for use in virtual dress-up).
3 : Specific image detection
This is an AR feature that plays content in response to certain preset images.It is effective in deploying advertisements linked with paper materials such as pre-distributed pamphlets and fliers.Ex. Showing your flier displays special content or a coupon!
Take-home AR Experience
MITENE AR is not just for enjoyment on the system screen.Users can also take photos to take home on their smartphone.Pressing a button during the AR experience starts a countdown to take a photo.After the photo is captured, users simply scan a QR code or pass their mobile wallet-equipped phone over the MITENE terminal to transfer an image download URL to their smartphone. (A one-time URL is issued each time; a download expiration date can be set.) Images can be saved from the page accessed, where a URL that links to other websites and services can be shown for further promotions.
Viewer attribute information recognized by the camera is not just used for playing AR content but is also collected as viewer logs.These log data can be checked as numerical values and graphs on the control screen for use in evaluating the effects of the advertisement and as marketing data on installation location. In addition to viewer logs, it is also possible to collect the number of playbacks and the snapshot logs.
MITENE Creator is a web-based management tool that makes management of the signage system easy for anyone, from content creation to marketing without any specialized IT knowledge.As long as you have an Internet connection, you can intuitively register visuals to create and distribute AR content.A range of convenient functions is available for powerful signage support, including group distribution to multiple terminals, non-distribution alerts, and email notifications on terminal errors.
